Hi! I'm Ashley Estes, a UX Architect based in Kernersville, NC.
What do I love about my work? Every project is unique, no matter how familiar. Whether it be the scope, industry, deadline, client needs, direction, or new tools, every project offers something to learn.​ My work centers around collecting information, determining needs, and creating a clear path forward to achieve them.

In industries with ambiguity and competing goals, it's okay to take a deep breath and lead with a voice of reason.
I prioritize truly listening to people, understanding their needs, and creating effective plans together. I also believe growth is always within reach.
For a long time, I viewed some of my natural tendencies—like being a people-pleaser—as weaknesses. I focused on strengthening skills such as decisiveness, setting boundaries, and cultivating outward confidence.​ I work best when I lean into and embrace all of my skills, (no matter how long it took to develop them), letting them coexist to create harmony and balance.
